Twenty six year old Kevin Miers and forty year old Teresa Gerlach were arrested without incident this morning after being spotted on Riverside Avenue by an off duty police officer.
Detectives were able to recover the computer at a residence on Crater Lake Avenue, where it had been sold to an individual.
The laptop has been returned to its owner and both suspects are facing theft charges this evening.
