The former owner of an adult bookstore in Medford is back in Klamath County to face sex charges for a second time.
64 year old Robert Wedel of ‘Romanticy’ was convicted in 2009 of sexually abusing his grand-daughter.
That conviction was recently overturned by the Oregon Supreme Court.
A tentative trial date of March 28th has been set for Wedel to be re-tried on the sex abuse charges.
Wedel is still serving a prison term following a conviction in Jackson County for encouraging child sex abuse.
