Investigators are trying to determine whether an arson fire on East McAndrews Thursday is the work of West Medford’s serial arsonist… exploring new territory. Police say the arsonist has already set fire to 14 vacant homes in the last year and a half. NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports.
