Ore. — Some Southern Oregon property owners file legal papers against the proposed Pacific Connector gas pipeline.
The landowners are calling on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC, to deny approval of the Pipeline Project.
The opponents of the pipeline say Pacific Connector does not have any pipeline customers and has only negotiated right-of-way easements on only around 5 percent of the pipeline route as of November.
