Talent, Ore. — Local bicycle craftsmen got the chance to show off their handiwork this weekend at Flywheel Bicycle Solutions. The custom bike shop in Talent has been showcasing local works of two-wheeled art as part of their 2nd annual Southern Oregon Bicycle Crafter’s Show. Featuring handmade and historical cycles as well as national contest winners, organizers say it’s a shout out to Southern Oregon’s diverse biking culture.
“We’ve got mountain biking, road biking, gravel road riding, touring, BMX riding, pretty much anything you can imagine being done on a bike gets done here in Southern Oregon, ” said owner, Ian Bagshaw.
Flywheel also featured a one of a kind Crater Lake themed bike that’s part of a ‘Travel Oregon’ promotion to bring awareness to the seven wonders of Oregon.
