Cops and Rodders Car Show kicks off its third annual event

Medford, Ore. — It was the perfect day for a ride in a classic car, and if you weren’t lucky enough to roll back the top on a vintage convertible you could check one out in downtown Medford. It’s the third year for the Cops and Rodders Car Show and organizers say this year is bigger and better than the first two combined. With over 60 cars from almost every decade as well as custom creations the show not only highlights hot rods, but benefited local charities and honored law enforcement.

“It’s a benefit for the Down Syndrome Association of Southern Oregon and ties in with the tail end of National Police Week for our local municipalities,” said David Curry.

Six local police departments showed up for the event. All the proceeds from registration and raffles goes to the Down Syndrome Association of Southern Oregon.
