Eagle Point, Ore. –A man was arrested, after police say he assaulted two people with a chain.
Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the 5000-block of East Antelope road late this afternoon.
The say a disagreement between a landlord and a tenant turned violent, and two people were beaten with a chain. Both victims were taken to the hospital.
Deputies arrested Patrick Fox on assault charges. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $200,000 bail.
