Medford man arrested after allegedly stealing officer’s wallet

Medford, Ore. — Medford Police arrested a man they say stole a wallet and used the credit cards inside.

James Hale was arrested Monday, May 4th.

Police say he used the credit cards at the south Fred Meyer. The wallet allegedly belonged to a Medford Police officer.

Hale is facing six counts of identity theft, six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft charges.
