Medford Police arrest daytime burglary suspect

Updated (1/9/15 11:36 a.m.)Medford Police have arrested 23-year-old Jordan Ronald Lundgren in connection with two home burglaries that occurred on January 6th in Medford.

On Thursday, Medford Police discovered a camera stolen during the burglaries was sold to a Central Point pawn shop. Through an online program called “Leads On Line,” investigators were led to the 1300 block of Miracle Lane in Medford.

There detectives discovered a black 2014 Ford Focus which closely matched the description of the suspect vehicle provided by witnesses from the burglaries.

Lundgren was arrested at the residence on the following charges:

-Burglary 1st Degree

-Theft 1st Degree

-Aggravated Theft 1st Degree

-Failure to Appear – PCS Cocaine

Medford, Ore. — Medford Police say they are searching for a burglary suspect after multiple east Medford homes were burglarized while residents were at work.

Officials say three homes were hit, one in the 900 block of Sunrise and two homes in the 2200 block of Aloha Street and the suspect was able to access the homes through unsecured doors. A number of electronics and a 9mm handgun were stolen.

MPD reports that a dog escaped after the burglar left the door open and was killed by a passing car.

Several neighbors reportedly saw the suspect and described him as a white mal, 6′-6’2″, 25-30, medium build, reddish/brown hair, green beanie and was driving a silver or gray newer hatchback that had custom rims and red brake calipers on the front.

MPD asks that you keep an eye out for this suspect and vehicle and please call if you see either of them.
