Students and teachers will be returning back to school in Medford Monday morning, and so will talks about teacher contracts.
The Teachers Union says a contract recently implemented isn’t fair, and they want a better solution that’s good for the kids and the community.
A small group of teachers met on Sunday, to talk further about the negotiations.
In the coming weeks, teachers will have to vote on whether or not to strike because of the matter.
