Medford’s serial arsonist has criminal background

Ashland, Ore.–Court records show, Menoah Hall, the man being accused as the Medford serial aronist, has a lenghty criminal history.

Since 2006 he’s been arrested 4 times on charges of possession of meth, the latest arrest happening less than 2 weeks ago.

Police say they also found meth inside of his home during his arrest Wednesday.

In October of 2013, Hall was charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, theft in the third degree, and criminal trespass.

During the trial,ajudgeplaced a restraining order on Hall, keeping him away from SweetWater Sanitation in White City.

He was jailed and placed on 18 months probation in January.

He also has been arrested for criminal tresspass, theft, criminal mischief, carrying a concealed weapon, and attempt to commit a Class A misdemenor.
