Ashland, Ore. — (Update 12/22 7:30am) Mt. Ashland will open Tuesday, with some lifts delayed due to the ice. The new snowfall is heavy and wet but weather conditions have recently changed to rain.
(12/22 7am) Power has been restored overnight to Mt. Ashland. Officials say there was significant snow accumulation around the lifts. Due to the snowfall, a possible delayed opening has been announced for Tuesday. Crews are working to open on time.
