The 22nd annual Greater Medford Multicultural Fair in downtown Medford brought out 45 vendors and hundreds of people of different backgrounds, all with one common purpose. Not only to raise awareness about our differences, but also about the things we have in common.
Organizers say it’s essential for the growth and prosperity of our city.
“We don’t need to be involved with the arguments that the national scene is having about diversity. The multiculturalism is what the country is made of,” said Organizer Debra Lee
Food, music, crafts and educational booths highlight the event, bringing people together to appreciate everyone’s different backgrounds.
