ACalifornia lettuce grower has expanded a recall to the entire nation.
The recall was expanded late Monday night after routine sampling detected listeria contamination.
So far, no illnesses have been reported.
The voluntary recall by “River Ranch Fresh Foods” of Salinas first included lettuce, shipped to California and Colorado but it’s now expanded.
