Ore. — The employment records of more than 850,000 Oregonians are now in the hands of hackers.
According to the Statesman Journal, hackers illegally entered the Oregon Employment Department’s website.
The WorkSource Oregon information system contains 1.9 million records, nearly half were accessed, according to our sister station in Portland, a hotline is open for people whose information was compromised.
