Oregon residents do not want to move

Medford, Ore. — According to a new Gallup Poll, only 24% of Oregonian’s said they would move elsewhere, making it the forth most desirable place in the US to live.

Only 23% of residents in Montana, Hawaii, and Maine said they would relocate.

We took to the streets of Medford to find out what people love about Oregon.

We even found one Jacksonville resident who moved from Hawaii last year and likes it better in the Beaver State.

“The diversity is what’s so wonderful. Hawaii was same old, same old. No season’s really, so this place has everything I could ever want,” said Cheryl Lathan.

34% of Californian’s said they would like to move elsewhere.

Nearly half the population polled in Illinois and Connecticut said they would like to move to a different state.
