Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash

Fatal CrashJackson County, Ore. — Medford police are investigating a motorcycle crash that left one man dead.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy tried to stop a motorcyclist travelling at over 90 miles hour on Sunday near Tolo Road and Scenic Avenue.

The deputy stopped following the motorcyclist after losing sight of him. Shortly after the deputy came upon a scene of a crash where the motorcyclist was found deceased.

The driver has been identified as 50-year-old John Lehnherr who had felony warrants for his arrest.
