To the Rose City where parts of Portland were hit hard, making for a messy commute. Early this morning a tree branch brought down a power line. It landed on a parked S.U.V. and caught fire, forcing crews to shut down the road. Slick conditions led to fender benders, drivers slipping and sliding on slick roads and it is likely to get more treacherous tomorrow morning.
