Ore. — A local creamery wins twice at a food awards competition.
The Rogue Creamery won for its Flora Nelle and Rogue River blue cheeses at the good food awards in San Francisco.
The creamery says the cheeses were recognized for the quality of the cheeses as well as the sustainability and good animal practices that go into making the dairy products.
Two other Oregon cheese makers Ancient Heritage Dairy and Goldin Artisan goat cheese also won awards.
