(WWBT) A Virginia waitress gets the new year started with a surprise when a customer gives her the biggest tip she’s ever received.
What started out as a rough morning turned into a pretty good afternoon for Samantha Perez.
“I was having a bad day, I was actually crying before I came to you guys’ table, and I was like, ‘Oh God, they are going to see how shot my voice is and that my eyes are red.’ I was just like I gotta get through the day,” said Perez.
Later, the tears flowed for a different reason.
Little did the Burger Bach waitress know she was serving a table full of people just planning to give her a huge tip.
