Two arrested in Rogue River following traffic stop

Drug BustRogue River, Ore. — A routine traffic stop ended up landing two transients in jail with numerous drug-related charges. Rogue River police say they stopped a white Chevy Blazer on Saturday afternoon near Arbor and Part Street for a cracked windshield, defective lighting, and expired tags.

An Oregon State Police trooper and his drug canine helped find some of drugs you see pictured on your screen.

53-year-old Patrick Riley and 39-year-old Dusty Jones were taken to jail on charges of possession of heroin, meth, and counterfeit money among others.
