Two suspects arrested in connection with parking lot hit and run

Update (4:05pm 3/11): Medford Police have arrested two people in connection with the hit and run last night in the Fred Meyer parking lot.

Police followed up on a tip that the vehicle had been located in west Medford.

Andrew Arzner and Jerica Stinson, both 19, were taken to the Jackson County Jail. Police say they admitted involvement in the case.

The investigation revealed the incident was due to a drug deal gone bad.

At noon Tuesday the victim of the hit and run remained in critical condition.

Medford, Ore. — The Medford Police Department is looking for a suspect driving a late 80s Toyota 4-runner this morning, following a hit and run at the North Fred Meyer on Crater Lake Highway last night.

The hit-and-run happened at about 7:50 p.m. and the suspect allegedly hit a 19-year-old female. The victim is in critical condition at the Rogue Regional Medical Center.
