UCC Shooting: Community healing service held in Roseburg

UCCRoseburg, Ore. — Almost three weeks since the tragic shooting at Umpqua Community College and the Roseburg community continues to heal.

A 60 person voice choir sang at a worship gathering in Roseburg on Sunday to bring the community together for music and group prayers.

The goal of the gathering is to help the progression of healing. A few local pastors spoke words of support — as the whole community works towards healing.

Donations were also collected at the event to help those affected by the tragedy.
