After an alarm went of at Amerititle, Sgt. Smith notes an officer says he saw Potter cross the street to the library…’

“And while watching him, he witnessed the subject remove a claw hammer, and strike the bottom pane of the window out of the front door to the building.”

Windows on a library bus, and windows at the Klamath County Courthouse and City Administration Building were also broken.

The Veterans Memorial was also hit by vandals Monday night.
