Williams shooting suspects appear in court

Grants Pass, Ore.– Three men involved in a shooting in Josephine County appeared in court for the first time Wednesday. One of them spoke exclusively to NBC5 News.

Oregon State Police said Andrew Haning and Edward Linebaugh entered Robert Bell’s home on Sheraton Drive in Williams earlier this month.

They said Haning and Linebaugh had guns on them. At some point Haning was shot by Bell. All three were arraigned Wednesday.

Bell is being charged with felonies and faces up to six years in prison.

“I’m a little worried and it’s just brought a lot of hardship to me that I don’t need right now I tried to get a lawyer but I don’t qualify because I have so many assets.”

All three men will be back in court next year.
