Man accused of allowing his dogs to maul another dog out of jail

0609 Charles NathanMedford, Ore. — The trial for a man accused of allowing his three pit bulls to maul a Jack Russell Terrier has re-scheduled.

Charles Everett Nathan is facing multiple charges including animal abuse, menacing, and possession of meth and heroin.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges last month. He’ll be in court Monday for a pre-trial conference.

He is out of jail tonight.
