Klamath Falls, Ore. — A Klamath Falls man charged with kidnapping and assaulting a woman died last month.
The Klamath County District Attorney’s Office confirmed 50-year-old John Adams Raley passed away, and charges against him were dropped.
Raley, his wife Florence, and two other people are charged with torturing a 63-year-old woman they had been providing care for.
