MEDFORD, Ore. – A man charged with running a red light and t-boning a van in Medford is heading to prison.
24-year-old Alex Adrian Enriquez was eluding police on March 4th, 2018 when it happened.
The driver of the van was trapped in his vehicle for an hour until first responders sent him to the hospital.
Enriquez will get 19 months after pleading guilty to assault and attempting to elude charges.
