Grants Pass, Ore. — A Grants Pass man found guilty of several counts of sexual abuse will spend more than 31 years behind bars.
The Josephine County District Attorney’s Office says 32-year-old Jeremiah David Daniels Will serve 31 years and 3 months for sexually molesting two girls, both less than 3-years-old, and taking pictures of them.
That sentence is the minimum for the Measure 11 crimes, and less than half of what prosecutors asked for.
Daniels will have post-prison supervision for life, and was ordered to pay more than $2,200 in fines and attorney fees.
