OnTrack under investigation

rita-sullivanfeatMedford, Ore. — The head of OnTrack is on leave. Rita Sullivan is the executive director of the Medford based rehab organization, but tonight she’s under investigation.

NBC5 News has acquired a letter sent to OnTrack staff members that says there are allegations that OnTrack management inappropriately interacted with some staff.

The letter read in part, “As many of you are aware, an investigator has been gathering information related to allegations that OnTrack management have inappropriately interacted with some OnTrack staff. While I am not at liberty to discuss the specifics of the investigation, the Board is committed to proactively address this situation.”

OnTrack, the organization itself released, this statement: “OnTrack has experienced significant growth in a short period of time resulting in the need to evaluate and implement certain changes to the structure of the organization as the board engages in this process. Dr. Sullivan will take a much deserved leave to refresh, given the strenuous pace at which she has recently been working. In the interim, former board members Rick Nagel and Tonia Moro are filling in conducting the day to day management.”

NBC5 reached out to Sullivan, and were told she was unavailable.

We’ll have more on this breaking news story as it continues to unfold.
