Phoenix High School continues fundraiser for Maui school

PHOENIX, Ore. – Phoenix High School is continuing its fundraiser for a school impacted by the Maui wildfire.

The Lahaina fire hit home for many Phoenix High School students who lost their homes in the Almeda Fire, so they set up a fundraiser for Lahainaluna High School on October 25.

Students sold Hawaiian Barbecue plates and T shirts and gathered donations, collecting $3955, but they want to raise more money.

At their homecoming game October 27, PHS is doing another miracle minute and they say they plan on collecting at more events in the future. You can also drop off cash or checks to Phoenix High’s office at 745 North Rose Street.
