Medford, Ore.– Tense moments Saturday night as Medford police chase a suspect they say made threats against law enforcement.
Twenty-nine year old Kevin Pelletier reportedly fired at least one shot on North Pacific Highway last night.
After MPD officers chased him on foot, they say the felon grabbed onto a gun in his waistband while facing down officers.
Police talked him down and arrested him on menacing, attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and other charges.
