Former Oregon Dept. of Revenue worker pleads guilty to theft, misconduct charges

Klamath Falls, Ore. – A former Oregon Department of Revenue worker who stole tax payments from  medical marijuana dispensary in Klamath Falls is headed to prison.

Theodore Raymond Paulsen pleaded ‘guilty’ last week to charges of mail theft and official misconduct.

Police say Paulsen scrubbed, forged, and cashed two checks that had been sent in for tax payment from the ‘A Better Way’ cannabis dispensary.

Paulsen is scheduled for sentencing on the 24th of this month.
