(NBC News) Nevada is next up in the Republican race for the White House, and Donald Trump’s odds are looking good.
Trump has a strong lead in the polls ahead of Tuesday night’s caucuses, and the stars are lining up for the Super Tuesday delegate bonanza a week later. Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are battling it out for second place in a fight that’s getting personal. “Every single day something comes out of the Cruz campaign that’s deceptive and untrue,” Rubio said Monday.
As Rubio questions Cruz’s honesty, Cruz is questioning Rubio’s ability to win. “I would point out, even in Florida, his home state, he’s right now polling in third place,” Cruz told his supporters.
