GRANTS PASS, Ore. – The Grants Pass Police Department has joined ’30 by 30 initiative’.
Only 12% of sworn officers and 3% of police leadership are women in the United States.
GPPD’s goal is to increase women representation to 30% by the year 2030.
Currently the agency has two more women in their police cadet program that may become sworn officers.
