Ashland, Ore. — Ashland police arrested 31-year-old Matthew Aranda on Tuesday morning. A Jackson County grand jury indicted Aranda on Thursday on multiple charges including encouraging child sexual abuse, delivery of a controlled substance to a minor, rape and stalking.
The charges stem from a relationship Aranda had with a juvenile girl, according to police.
