Lakeview, Ore. — A former Lake County Sheriff’s Deputy accused of having sex with a 17 year-old girl is out of jail.
42 year-old Kenneth Turkle posted bail, and was released from the Klamath County Jail late Wednesday afternoon.
Turkle faces multiple sex charges, and is also accused of tampering with a witness.
Turkle and the girl were the focus of a statewide manhunt over the weekend.
The girl has since been returned to her family.
