Runners from all over the country took a hundred mile journey finishing in Ashland..
130 runners took part in the 4th Annual Pine to Palm race Sunday.
Event coordinator Hal Korener says its all about fun and motivation.
“To be here and cheer them on that’s what it’s all about and for some this is a dream they are fulfilling.”
“It was really hard but i did it,” says runner Leni Karr.
The second place woman runner was from Ashland.
Korener says he enjoys organizing the event for the people of Southern Oregon.
