Central Point, Ore.– The Chair of the Fair Board announce Tuesday that Jackson County Expo Manager, Dave Kollermeier resigned in December 2014.
Kollermeier headed the Expo for more than four years and helped the organization get out of thousands of dollars of debt.
Now the organization has an interim director, Helen Funk, a former Rogue Credit Union Membership Operations Director.
Jackson County Commissioner Doug Breidenthal said the future of the Expo looks good and he looks forward to bringing on a new member as they are starting a nation-wide search for a permanent manager.
