Medford School District down to two superintendent candidates

Medford, Ore. — The search for a new Medford School District superintendent is coming to a close.

Monday, the Medford School District board met behind closed doors at the Bigham Knoll campus in Jacksonville to interview the last two candidates for superintendent.

The current superintendent, Phil Long, will step down at the end of this school year.

Representatives for the board say they could make a decision sometime this week, but no word yet.
