Alicia Englert said she has mental issues and was scared when she allegedly tried to kill her two day old daughter by throwing her in a trash can; she was released from jail in October.

Now, just three months after being arrested she’ll get to meet the alleged victim.

Liz Sollis from Division of Child and Family Services says, Thats a big deal and they want to make sure that opportunity is provided when it is a safe situation.

According to a court order, Englert is allowed to have one goodbye visit with the infant child that should not last more than 90 minutes.’

Its not entirely clear if this means Englert’s custodial rights will be terminated by the courts, following the visit
