Silent auction to benefit local two-year-old fighting kidney disease

NOAH KIDNEY PICJacksonville, Ore. — A silent auction will help raise money to give a kidney to a Jacksonville toddler. The auction will be held for The Children’s Organ Transplant Association in honor of 25-month-old Noah James.

NBC5 News first told you about Noah last month. He’s listed for a kidney transplant at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.

The funds raised will assist with transplant-related expenses. The total costs are expected to be about $200,000. The auction will be at Red Lily Winery at 4:30pm on Friday May 13th.
