Medford, Ore. –A skateboarder is recovering after being hit by a car driven by a drunk driver.
Police say they arrested 25-year-old Justin Taylor on Thursday after he hit a skate boarder on Spring Street near North Keene Way Drive.
Taylor was arrested on charges of DUII, reckless driving, and assault. The skate boarder did suffer a broken leg but is expected to be ok.
