Medford, Ore. — The man accused of killing a Ruch woman was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday afternoon.
The two-count indictment, which includes one count of murder and one of manslaughter, alleges Todd Wilcox intentionally caused the death of Alexis Stormo.
The charge stems from an incident July 26th in Ruch where Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies say they found 23-year-old Stormo dead inside a home.
Wilcox is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
