Medford, Ore. — According to a report by Oregon State Police, a Medford Police officer collided with another car, before he crashed into a tree.
Troopers said that on Sunday, Medford officer Andrew Gault responded to a call with his lights and siren and crashed into a car driven by 25-year-old Medford resident Bridgett Stockwell. It happened at East 8th Street and South Central.
Just moments after the collision, the officer crashed into a tree. Both Gault and Stockwell, were hurt.
OSP said they will eventually be releasing additional information.
