Grants Pass, Ore.– The recent heavy rain is responsible for severe damage at the Rogue Valley Humane Society in Grants Pass.
The roof collapsed on their storage barn after becoming heavy with rainfall. It’s already been a tough month for the group. Their thrift store was broken into and vandalized, a pipe burst on their property and now the water damage. They’re now asking for the public’s help.
“Just devastating. Without the community’s donations and their participation, it would be really tough so we are just asking that everybody in the community pitch in,” says Margaret Varner of the Humane Society.
