Josephine County, Ore. — Several people are recovering from two separate crashes on the same road, just hours apart.
Rural Metro Fire said they responded to the 1100 block of Fish Hatchery Road just after midnight Thursday morning where a car had left the road and struck two trees, ending up down an embankment on a driveway.
Two of the five occupants were treated for minor injuries. Speed was a factor in the crash.
In a separate crash around noon, Rural Metro Fire says they responded to another single car crash on the 1200 block.
The front windshield was removed to get the driver out. No injuries were reported, and the cause of that crash is unknown tonight.
