Medford, Ore. — Medford’s Site, Plan and Architectural Commission gave the green light to several development plans Friday.
During a public hearing there was unanimous approval of site plans for a new 17-unit housing complex for veterans on North Front Street, as well as a 58,000 square foot project at the corner of Highway 99 and 238 which would be home to commercial and office buildings.
The expansion project for Kids Unlimited was also before the commission to make sure it met SPAC’s review standards before a public hearing. That will take place next Thursday at 5:30.
