BAKER COUNTY, Ore. — Investigators are asking for help identifying the person who illegally killed a wolf in eastern Oregon.
Oregon State Police said sometime around September 24, a dead wolf was found northwest of New Bridge between Baker City and the Snake River.
The exact location is in the Skull Creek drainage of the Wallowa Whitman National Forest off of the 125 spur road.
Anyone with more information about this incident is asked to call 1-800-452-7888. A cash reward may be offered.
