MEDFORD, OR
E. — Governor Brown’s two-week pause is forcing local organizations to adapt.
The Rogue Valley Family YMCA in Medford is doing all it can to maximize the experience for guests.
It has expanded hours so that less people are in the building at all times.
Guests are even encouraged to come in at odd hours.
It recently moved it’s preschool to a different building, allowing more people in the main facility.
But the goal still reigns true, to keep people safe, while following the rules.
According to YMCA’s Executive Director, “This week has really been about making sure that we manage the amount of people in the building and that it’s less people at any given time.”
The facility still remains open, just at a lower capacity.
Virtual class options are offered for people who chose to stay at home.
